Forks Community Hospital operates three Rural Health Clinics serving people of all ages living in the West End: Bogachiel and Forks Family Medical Clinics, located in Forks and nearly 30 miles to the northwest, Clallam Bay Medical Clinic.
Each location provides a range of high-quality, comprehensive family and specialty medicine services, and collectively, our providers are committed to improving the health of our patients in a friendly and caring environment.
Patients can feel assured that their care is well-coordinated, with each clinic operating under the same leadership and aligned medical staff. Just as every patient is unique, so are their needs.
