I grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and attended medical school at the University of North Dakota, marrying my fellow student, John Osland, after graduation. Most of my career was spent in Wichita, Kansas as a faculty member of the University of Kansas-Wichita School of Medicine. We have two adult children and 2 small dogs. I enjoy playing tennis, running, knitting and reading.
