Heidi Anderson

Chief Executive
Officer

Heidi has been employed by Forks Community Hospital since 1991. In May 2020 she was promoted to CEO to lead the District in the future. Prior to becoming CEO, Ms. Anderson worked for the District as the CNO as well as a nurse in the ER, Acute Care and Surgery. Heidi has an AAS degree in Nursing from Peninsula College, a BS degree in Nursing from Washington State Intercollegiate College for Nursing, and most recently completed her MBA from the College of St. Scholastica and a Certified Rural health CEO.

Paul Babcock

Chief Financial
Officer

Dr. Babcock joined the District in January 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Babcock has been in hospital finance for more than 21 years, working at hospitals ranging from large urban medical centers to rural critical access hospitals. He holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College, an MS in Health Care Ethics from Creighton University, and a Doctorate in Bioethics & Health Policy from Loyola University Chicago. Dr. Babcock also recently completed certification as a Rural Hospital CFO through NRHA and additionally is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional through HFMA. He is currently serving as the co-chairperson of the Ethics committee with the Rural Collaborative and has previously served as the chair of the CFO committee with the Rural Collaborative. Dr. Babcock has also published several articles on healthcare economics.

Kelly Thompson

Chief Nursing
Officer

Kelly began working at Forks Community Hospital as a Registered Nurse in 2000. Over the next 20 years she worked in Acute Care, ED, OB, Surgery, and Case Management. In May of 2020 she accepted the position of Chief Nursing Officer. Kelly is dedicated to seeing that the community she has lived in for the majority of her life, receives the best medical care.

Deborah Dillon

Director of Patient Safety
& Quality

Deborah Dillon has been a nurse for over 40 years, with an Associate’s of Science in Nursing, working in various capacities for the District for over 20 years. She is certified as a professional in healthcare quality and is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality. She also is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management, actively involved in the Washington Health Care Risk Management Society and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management. She is also an internationally board-certified lactation consultant. She is presently the Director of Patient Safety & Quality.

Laci Johnson

Executive Assistant
to the CEO

Laci started working for the hospital in 2008 and moved to Administration as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer in 2013 and provides Medical Staff Privileging and Credentialing to all current and future providers. Laci has an AAS in Business Administration. In 2022, Laci joined the admin team and is an active member on various hospital committees as well as a member of the Washington Association Medical Staff Services and National Association Medical Staff Services. Laci also serves as the treasurer of the hospital foundation. Laci was born and raised in Forks and enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Jennifer Roberts

Human Resources
Director

Jennifer has been employed by Forks Community Hospital since October of 2003. During this time, Jennifer’s worked in various departments such as Long-Term Care, Acute Care and Radiology. In April of 2016 she accepted a position as an HR Assistant and in 2025 was promoted to Human Resources Director. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.

Carie Micheau

Compliance
Officer

Carie joined the Forks Community Hospital team in 2015. She serves as the Compliance and Privacy Officer, where she oversees all aspects of regulatory compliance and patient privacy. She is responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive compliance program that includes policy development, staff training, risk assessments, and incident response. Carie holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University. She is an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance and Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance. Additionally, she represents the District on The Rural Collaborative’s Compliance Committee.
