About

Infusion therapy or an injection, is a procedure in which medications are delivered directly into the bloodstream, usually with a needle and catheter that’s inserted into a vein.

Our nurses, clinical and support teams work with our outstanding pharmacy department to provide high-quality infusion and injection therapy services.

How We Care for You

When patients require medication delivered through infusion, or an IV, and it cannot be done in a home or other setting, FCH provides a wide range of infusion treatments. If a specialist from another facility or location orders medication that must be administered through infusion, our team of qualified and professional nurses ensure patients receive the highest level of care and our goal is to ensure patients are comfortable during their time with us.

Below are just a few of the infusion and injection related treatments and services we offer. Ask your doctor to contact us if you’ve been referred to receive outpatient infusion or injection treatments.

Pain Management

FCH provides Interventional Pain Management so that residents of the West End don’t have to drive for miles to get relief! Medications can help to mask pain versus treat the underlying cause of it. Interventional pain management offers safe and effective treatments provided by a trained medical professional.
