West End Outreach Services

Mission Statement

It is our mission to enhance wellness, to encourage the fulfillment of human potential, and to promote healthy and safe communities. To these ends, we provide mental health and chemical dependency treatment services.

West End Outreach Services has a multi-disciplinary clinical staff who work together to provide appropriate and effective services. Staff are available with training in multi-cultural and diversity perspectives. Clinicians are qualified professionals with the credentials and experience needed to work successfully with their clients. All staff providing direct patient services are registered with the State Department of Health, are knowledgeable about community resources and maintain referral linkages with essential service providers. They work with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans which may include referrals to other community resources to ensure that services are tailored to individual needs.

Each major program area is State certified/approved or licensed as governed by applicable State law.
