About Us:
The Forks Hospital Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose purpose is to raise and administer philanthropic funds for Forks Community Hospital, their associated medical clinics, and the health needs in The West End. Together with our volunteers, physicians, and other community leaders, the Foundation works to encourage public interest and support of Forks Community Hospital and our many programs, services, and outreach activities in a manner consistent with our values and goals.
The Forks Hospital Foundation has proudly raised money to purchase AED machines for multiple locations in the community, fund Tai Chi Quan for Better Balance courses for senior residents in the community, and a vehicle to be used to take residents of Long Term Care out into the community to participate in local events.
